CrewMobile is designed to complement the suite of tools offered by merlot.aero, including Merlot Aero and Geneva. merlot.aero empowers airline operations teams to efficiently distribute relevant information to crew members.

With CrewMobile, airline crew can conveniently access duties, duty changes, and messages. Crew members have the ability to acknowledge duty changes and messages. It is recommended to verify with your airline regarding access to CrewMobile and the specific features available.

<li>Wake Up Calc: Calculate wake-up times and set alarms for duties.</li>
<li>Swaps and Trades: Search for pairings on the Swap Board, submit swaps/offers, and monitor approval status.</li>
<li>Open Time: Exchange duties or reserve days off via the Open Time Board.</li>
<li>Expenses: Manage expense claims directly through the app.</li>
<li>Rules Checker: Monitor period hours and duty/rest limits for each assignment.</li>
<li>CrewWatch: Stay updated on upcoming duties and flights with Apple Watch integration.</li>

To log in, utilize your usual Merlot, Geneva, or company directory credentials. The mobile token can be obtained from the Login Center on the top-right corner of the CrewPortal or by contacting your Merlot administrator.

Note that pricing may vary by location, and the local currency will be displayed during purchase based on your location. Manage subscriptions and renewals in Account Settings or through the CrewMobile home screen.

Subscriptions are charged to your preferred payment method through your iTunes account. Autorenewal occurs unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Please note that canceling during an active subscription period does not stop the current subscription. Manage subscriptions after purchase by accessing Account Settings or through CrewMobile.
